TRADITIONAL ORIGINAL
RECIPE FROM TREVISO
INGREDIENTS
(TO SERVE 6-8)
- 300g mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks
- sugar 90g
- lady finger biscuits
- coffee
- bitter cocoa powder
PREPARATION
- Beat the eggs and sugar together
- Mix in the mascarpone to form a soft cream
- Dip the lady fingers into the coffee and place a layer in a dish
- Cover the layer of biscuits with the mascarpone mix and continue tobLayer the ingredients, ending with the mascarpone
- Place in the refrigerator for 10 hours
- Sprinkle with the bitter cocoa powder and serve chilled

TIRAMISÙ SCOMPOSTO
INGREDIENTS
(TO SERVE 6-8)
- 300g mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks (without egg white) or 60g of pasteurized egg yolk
- granulated sugar 90g
- breadcrumbs
- coffee
- unsweetened cocoa powder
PREPARATION
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar
- Add the mascarpone to obtain a soft cream
- Pour the cream into 4 cups or serving glasses
- Prepare a cup with soft cream
- Transfer to the refrigerator (at least 2 hours) until ready to serve
- Before serving, dust the surface with bitter cocoa
- Insert a ladyfinger vertically into the cream of the cup
- Accompany with a cup of coffee and sweeten with 1-2 teaspoons of soft cream from the cup
